Tideway Wharf Development

Tideway Wharf is a St James Group development within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea (VNEB) Opportunity Area.  The proposed plans for the five acre site by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners include “800 residential units, underground parking, a hotel, health club, and a collection of restaurants, bars and retail spaces.”

The Nine Elms Pier is not part of the development but discussions are underway with the owners to re-develop it.
