One of the busiest places at the Oval Farmers’ Market (Saturday 26 November 2011) was the NEP consultation stall-
a joint exercise run by Lambeth, Stockwell Partnership and ourselves in the Oval Partnership. We were asking local people their priorities for the area. If numbers were anything to judge by the consultation this was clearly a success. .....more>
Notes on major local developments and other issues affecting the local community.
Some time ago, we wrote to London Underground asking for a cash machine and were told there were no plans for one. Well ,here it is anyway. Cash withdrawals are free but the design it not the usual hole-in-the wall type so it’s easy to miss! It looks like a telephone box on the pavement just past the news kiosk.

Thames Clipper services are now operating river services from St George Wharf pier. If you fancy a trip up river to Tate Modern or the Globe you should give them a try. No need to book, Just turn up at the pier but remember your oyster card as it’s cheaper
